Seshego Zone 1 is one of the numbered zones that make up the Seshego township north-west of Polokwane.
It is a mainly residential area, close to Seshego's own shopping centres — Seshego Circle and Seshego Plaza — and to the township's schools, clinics and civic amenities.
Like the rest of Seshego it is now part of the City of Polokwane.
Local trade, transport and service businesses serve a dense resident population.
