Hospital Park is a small, central suburb sitting between Polokwane Central and Annadale, named for the Polokwane Provincial Hospital on the corner of Dorp and Hospital streets.
Because of the hospital, the area has a strong cluster of medical practices, plus lodges and guesthouses used by visiting families and patients.
Housing is a mix of older homes and converted properties, all within walking distance of the CBD.
It is as central as Polokwane suburbs get.
