Extension 76 is a residential township extension on Polokwane's western edge, toward Seshego, made up largely of RDP and lower-cost housing.
Day-to-day needs are met by local traders, spaza shops and neighbourhood services, with bigger shopping at Seshego Circle, Seshego Plaza and the Polokwane CBD nearby.
It forms part of the fast-growing western residential belt of the city.
